The Rattlesnake pole bean is a popular heirloom variety that produces pods with streaks of green and purple - gives the appearance of a rattlesnake! Matures quickly and is extremely productive throughout the entire season. Extremely delicious and tender. Used in soups and many other recipes. Grows exceptionally well in hot & humid grow zones.
5. Bean (Bush) - Jade (appx. 200 seeds)

6. Bean (Bush) - Blue Lake (appx. 100 seeds)

The Blue Lake Bush Bean produces long and tender stringless podsEasy to grow and matures quickly. Pods can get as long as 5". Excellent flavor with firm texture and rich colors. Beans mature all at once making it an easy harvest. High in vitamins A, B and C.
7. Beet - Detroit Dark Red (appx. 250 seeds)

The most popular beet on the market. The 2 ½ to 3 inch globes. These beets are extremely nutritious and are considered to be a “cardiovascular health” friendly root vegetables.  It also contains a significant amount of vitamin-C, one of the powerful natural antioxidant, which helps the body scavenge deleterious free radicals.
8. Beet - Chioggia (appx. 425 seeds)

A rare heirloom beet variety introduced to the United States in the 1840's from Italy. The Chioggia beet produces excellent yields of some of the sweetest pink skinned beets. Chioggia beets have red & white rings. Perfect for juicing, boiling, pickling, baking, and/or freezing. Leaves can also be used as greens. Grows well in containers and compact locations. Easy to grow. Likes cool weather.
9. Broccoli - Calabrese (appx. 1,200 seeds)

Short, 24 inch plant produces medium-large heads. Withstands cold extremely well. Broccoli is extremely high in vitamin C, as well as dietary fibers.  It is also known to contain multiple nutrients which have potent anti-cancer properties.  A single serving provides more than 30 mg of Vitamin C!
10. Broccoli - Rapini / Raab (appx. 600 seeds)

The Rapini (raab) broccoli produces excellent yields of large dark green broccoli raab. It has no central head like regular broccoli, but instead has side broccoli shoots. Excellent for stir fry, salads, and many other culinary creations. Extremely healthy with tons of health benefits: high in vitamin A and C. It's said to be very good for your heart. Plant early in the spring and harvest before the weather gets too hot.

11. Cabbage - Chinese Bok Choy (appx. 1,200 seeds)

Chinese non-heading type. Thick white ribs. Tender, crisp and mild. Cold resistant. Cabbage is an excellent source of vitamin C. It also contains significant amounts of glutamine, an amino acid that has anti-inflammatory properties. Appx. 45-50 days to Maturity
12. Cabbage - All Season (appx. 200 seeds)

These seeds produces very flavorful heads of cabbage. Very reliable variety. It is best known as one of the earliest and best cabbages on the market! Suitable for spring, summer, and fall crops.
13. Cauliflower - Snowball (appx. 1,300 seeds)

Produces large 7" smooth white heads with large exterior leaves. This popular variety is an extremely dependable crop with heavy yields. Cauliflower is low in fat and carbohydrates but high in dietary fiber, folate, water, and vitamin C, possessing a high nutritional density. It is believed that a high consumption of cauliflower has been associated with reduced risk of aggressive prostate cancer. Appx. 65 days to Maturity

14. Carrot - Autumn King, 10" long (appx. 3,200 seeds)

The Autumn King carrot is one of the more popular varieties to grow. It's split-resistant skin turns to a deep dark orange/red color as it matures.  One of the largest of carrots! Grows 10" - 12" long. Easy to grow in sandy soil. A favorite of many home grower. Carrots are a sun-loving plants that also like the cold. Just keep them consistently watered and they'll be happy.

15. Carrot - Chantenay (appx. 2,700 seeds)

Plant produces high yields of 5 ½" long orange carrots. Rarely splits. Grows well in winter. Easy to grow. Perfect for home gardens or market growers.
16. Celery - Tall Utah 52-70 (appx. 2,750 seeds)

Recommended by USU. Produces 11 to 12 inch stalks. "Celery is one of the vegetable containing a great number of health rewards. Apart from being a base of excellent food products, it’s also employed as alternative treatment. 17. Collard - Morris Heading (appx. 1,200 seeds)

Extremely tender, medium green leaves. Tolerant of heat and cold. Rich in vitamins A, B2, B6, C, E and K. It also contains manganese, calcium, zinc and potassium. Appx. 80 days to Maturity
18. Cucumber - Everbearing (appx. 200 seeds)

The Ever-bearing cucumber is one of the most popular cucumbers you can grow. As its name implies, this cucumber variety continues to grow as its fruits are picked. Crisp fruit with excellent flavor and crunch. Vigorous vines loaded with fresh cucumbers all season. Great for table use, slicing, pickling and/or processing. 60 days to Maturity
19. Eggplant - Black Beauty (appx. 375 seeds)

Fruits are a deep-purple, egg-shaped globe about 6 by 5 inches. Eggplant is packed with tons of healthy vitamins and minerals. It contains compounds which promote good health and is shown to help prevent cancer and lower cholesterol. Days to Maturity: Appx. 80 days
20. Eggplant - Long Purple Italian (appx. 450 seeds)

This classic favorite produces club shaped fruit that are 10 inches long by 2 inches in diameter. Each plant will produce four or more dark, purple fruits. 21. Kale - Blue Curled Scotch (appx. 1,200 seeds)

The Blue Curled Scotch is an early Kale variety which will produce tasty greens!  Excellent in salads or steamed.  The blue-green leaves are finely curled and reach up to 12-15" in high! Extremely cold hardy. One of the best frost resistant kale varieties available. Days to Maturity: Appx. 60 days

22. Kale Sprouts & Micro-Greens (Appx. 25,000 seeds!)

Kale micro-green sprouts are really easy to grow. Just let them grow until you see the first set of true leaves. Perfect for a micro-green salad. Makes a great addition to many culinary dishes. These sprouts have a mildly sweet flavor. Ready to eat in less than a week!

23. Kohlrabi - Purple Vienna (appx. 900 seeds)

Popular home garden variety. The skin is purplish and the flesh is greenish/white. These are best enjoyed when they are 2 to 2½ inches in diameter! Kohlrabi can be eaten raw or cooked. Contains high amounts of selenium, folic acid, vitamin C, potassium, magnesium and copper. Days to Maturity: Appx. 55 days

24. Leek - Carentan (appx. 500 seeds)

Looks similar to large scallions and has an onion flavor. The foliage is green with white bottoms. Leek can be planted up to 4 weeks before last frost.

25. Lettuce - Crisphead (appx. 730 seeds)

Compact butterhead-type lettuce. "The butterhead and crisp head types are sometimes known together as "cabbage" lettuce, because their heads are shorter, flatter, and more cabbage-like than romaine lettuces." -wikipedia 

26. Lettuce - Tom Thumb (appx. 1,300 seeds)

The tom thumb lettuce produces a small, round head with delicate yet delicious leaves. This variety can be planted close together. Ideal for small spaces. Grows well in containers on a patio or windowsill.
27. Lettuce - Romaine, Classic "Paris Island Cos"
 (appx. 1,500 seeds)


Large, upright, full-bodied heads with dark-green, slightly savoyed leaves that are mild and sweet. Plant reaches about 10 inches tall. Midribs are crunchy and juicy.  Because of their higher chlorophyll content, romaine lettuces are among the most nutritious of all lettuces. Excellent performer in the inter-mountain region. Mosaic tolerant.

The Heart of Gold melon produces a very sweet and delicious golden flesh fruit that grow up to 4 lbs!

30. Mustard - Green Wave (appx. 400 seeds)

A 1957 All-America Selections (AAS) Winner! Plant produces good yields of flavorful curly dark green leaves. Perfect for salads. Stays in the ground 2 - 4 weeks longer than other mustard varieties. Tolerates the cold extremely well. Perfect for home gardens and market growers.  Easy to grow. Mustard is high in Vitamin A, B, and C.

31. Okra - Dwarf Long Pod (appx. 200 seeds)

The Dwarf Long Green Pod variety produces heavy yields of 8" long by 1 ½" wide dark green okra. This spineless variety produces earlier and higher yields than other varieties.

32. Onion - Evergreen Bunching (appx. 700 seeds)

This plant produces very long and slender bunching onions. Grown exclusively as green bunching onions. Onions have white shanks and white skin making it a very attractive scallion for gourmet dishes. A hardy plant that can withstand cold weather. If you like scallions, you'll love this variety. Extremely popular. A must have for any onion-lover!

33. Onion - Red Burgundy, Short Day (appx. 550 seeds)

Plant produces flavorful 4" wide red onions. Onions are extremely healthy. They have been in used in traditional medicines since ancient times for its health promoting and curative properties. These onions have a mild but very sweet flavor. Excellent slicing variety.

34. Onion - Barletta Pearly White (appx. 750 seeds)

The Barletta, Pearly White Onion is an extremely tasty small pearl-sized onion. Barletta onions are beautiful silver white pickling onions. So delicious! Perfect for shish-ka-bobs, chicken and veggie skewers, and even just grilled on the bbq. Grows well in containers and small spaces. Easy to grow. 75-80 days to Maturity

35. Oregano - Classic Italian (appx. 1,000 seeds)

Hardy plant with pungent, oval leaves and purplish pink flowers. Use fresh or dried in sauces and soups. Oregano is still used to treat a sore throat. Oregano is also high in antioxidant activity, due to a high content of phenolic acids and flavonoids.

36. Pea - Wando (appx. 150 seeds)

Compact, 18 to 20 inch plant requires staking and should utilize a trellis. Fine, sweet flavor when picked young. Pods are 3 inches with 5 or 6 peas. Easy to grow. 60 days to Maturity
37. Pea - Little Marvel (appx. 250 seeds)

Sweet dwarf "snap peas" are great fresh from the garden, with dips and salads. Also great steamed or stir-fried. Peas grow on 24-30" vines that doesn't need support to grow.  Produces medium sized green peas with 3" pods. Days to Maturity: Appx. 55 days
38. Pepper (HOT) - Cayenne Long Thin (appx. 145 seeds)

HOT but delightfully pungent in flavor! Six inch long, one-half inch thin, green fruits that turn red when mature. Named after the South American river in Guyana.

39. Pepper (HOT) - Early Jalapeno (appx. 60 seeds)

Slightly larger fruit and taller plant with heavy yield.  This Jalapeno pepper will produce over a long period. A mature jalapeño is 2–3½ inches (5–9 cm) long and is commonly picked and sold when still green, but occasionally when ripe and red.

40. Pepper (SWEET) - California Wonder (appx. 240 seeds)

Large yields of blocky, mostly 4 lobed, thick-walled fruit that is mild and sweet.

41. Pepper (MILD) - Anaheim Chili (appx. 200 seeds)

Produces a classic, all time favorite pepper for chile rellenos and for roasting.  Anaheim chili's are a long slim fruit that changes from green to scarlet red. 

42. Pumpkin - BIG MAX (appx. 80 seeds)

The Big Max pumpkin produces an extremely large (60"+ diameter and weighs 100+ lbs.) bright orange pumpkin. Delicious bright yellow-orange flesh. Perfectly suitable for carving. Makes for a great pumpkin pie.

43. Radish - White Icicle (appx. 520 seeds)

Slender tapered root is 4 to 5 inches long with crisp, mild, white flesh. Radishes are an excellent source of vitamin C.  The leaves from the radish plant contain almost 6x the vitamin C content of their root and are also a great source for calcium.

44. Radish Daikon Sprouts / Micro-greens (Appx. 5,300 seeds)

Nutritious. Hints of pepper flavor. Radish sprouts have gained popularity in recent years.  Ready to eat in less than a week!

45. Squash - Delicata (appx. 100 seeds)

The Delicata Squash are 8" long by 4" wide and have the most amazing exterior. Grows as a vine. Has a sweet potato flavor. Vine type plant is perfect for small gardens. Amazing flavor.

46. Squash (Summer) - Early Crookneck (appx. 60 seeds)

The Early Summer Crookneck is a popular Heirloom squash variety that grows extremely quickly - only 45 days! Grows as a compact bush size plant (not as a vine). Produces delicious and beautiful yellow 8" long fruits with a thin curving neck. Fast-growing summer squash produces large yields.

47. Swiss Chard - Fordhook Giant Classic (appx. 100 seeds)

This Swiss Chard variety produces beautiful and delicious tender pale green stems and dark green leaves with white veins.. Plant produces good yields of 10" tall leaves. Excellent for salads and/or steamed with others greens. A cold and heat tolerant variety.
