A tomato so epic that Homer could have written an ode to its plump round fruits that ripen from golden yellow to vivid red, high yields in high temps, and a rich, earthy flavor that’s well-balanced between sweet and acidic. This one’s a keeper, both in the garden and on the countertop. By the time you eat a few of these, you may even be able to pronounce it.
